| | | | Greetings from Syracuse! As any coach will tell you, it’s hard to win without outstanding players. As I enjoy my first spring semester as dean of Falk College, I’m proud to say that I’m surrounded by a dream team of talented faculty and staff who are dedicated to helping our students succeed in their academic and professional pursuits. In recent months we have promoted several members of our team to key leadership positions: Kay Bruening, Mary Graham, Katherine McDonald, and Megan Myers. Click on the links, read their stories, and you’ll know why I’m so excited about the future of Falk. From all the impactful stories in this newsletter to the launch of our new esports and communications management program in the fall, this is an exciting time to be a part of Falk College. We’re grateful you’re on our team. Go Orange! Jeremy S. Jordan, Ph.D. Dean, Falk College | | | | | |

| | | | | Human Development and Family Science major Calen Headley spent last spring as an intern at InterFaith Works of Central New York, where he worked with refugees who arrived through the federal resettlement program. “You just know there’s a bigger reason to everything being done here, which is to provide help to all of the refugees in Syracuse.” | | | | | |
