New Leadership Structure at Whitman School Announced

Chancellor Kent Syverud has announced a new leadership structure at the Whitman School. J. Michael Haynie, vice chancellor for strategic initiatives and innovation, will serve as Whitman’s executive dean, while Alexander McKelvie will continue as interim dean.

Whitman will celebrate entrepreneurship during Orange Central with our Orange Tank business pitch competition on September 29. Whitman alumni and student entrepreneurs may apply to pitch their ventures for a chance to win the $25,000 grand prize.

Applicants Sought for New Alumni Entrepreneur Awards Program

Cuse50 Alumni Entrepreneur Award 2023, Celebrating the 50 Fastest-growing alumni businesses.

Syracuse University is launching the annual ’CUSE50 Alumni Entrepreneur Awards to celebrate the 50 fastest-growing businesses founded or owned by Syracuse alumni. The inaugural event is set for November 9, and the application is live.
