Whitman School Ranks Number 2 Globally in Entrepreneurship Productivity

Syracuse University and the Whitman School of Management now rank second worldwide for entrepreneurship research productivity according to the 2023 edition of the TCU Global University Entrepreneurship Research Productivity Rankings. 

The Hendricks Chapel Choir and the Syracuse University Wind Ensemble recently performed in various spaces in the United Kingdom. The tour honored those who were lost in the bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland in 1988 and gave the student musicians the experience of an international tour. 

Dozens of scholars convened at the Maxwell School  to delve into complex, timely issues related to international trade including the impact of increased imports from China, the role of large firms in South Korea’s economic growth, and the relocation of global value chains to Mexico.

Suzanne Grant Lewis ’78 stands as a remarkable example of how a School of Education degree in selected studies in education can be leveraged into a globe-trotting career supporting higher education.

Tamara Seredneva earned an MBA from Whitman School of Management with concentrations in marketing and business analytics. Today, she works as a financial analyst at Google. 

Syracuse University and the Council of Europe signed a memorandum of understanding that provides internships for students studying abroad in Strasbourg, France as well as research opportunities for students and faculty interested in human rights, democracy and the rule of law.
