Five Whitman Alumni Honored for Exemplary Service

Five Whitman alumni were honored for exemplary service during the annual evening of appreciation and awards in NYC in June. Among the honorees was David Nass ’91, who received the Holtz Alumnus of the Year Award, Whitman’s highest alumni recognition.

University to Lead Consortium to Advance CNY’s Semiconductor Manufacturing Capabilities

April Arnzen, executive vice president and chief people officer at Micron Technology, was one of the participants in the Whitman IMPACT Speaker Series this spring. This new initiative brings top executives from leading companies, such as Wells Fargo and Beyond Meat, to Whitman to build bridges to global businesses.

Whitman School Names Inaugural Albert & Betty Hill Professor

Whitman recently named Professor Natarajan Balasubramanian the inaugural Albert & Betty Hill Professor. The professorship was established through a $1 million bequest from the late Robert S. Hill ’69, a graduate of the School of Management, in memory of his parents, Albert and Betty (Grossman) Hill.
