Remember to Register for Commencement

All graduation candidates who are eligible to participate in Commencement or convocations must register to indicate their intent to attend in the 2024 Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 12, 2024 and confirm an estimated number of attendees. Registration is for graduation candidates only. Parents, family, friends, and/or guests DO NOT need to complete the registration form.

Registration information will be used to estimate total attendance for planning purposes. 

There is no limit to the number of guests you can bring. If your guest counts change, you DO NOT need to resubmit your registration. 

Registration is not required for participation in school and college convocations. 

Secure Your Cap and Gown

All candidates who are eligible to participate in Commencement or Convocations must secure regalia, including a cap, gown and tassel prior to Commencement weekend. 

Master’s and doctoral regalia are available now. Visit the Campus Store in the Schine Student Center to secure a master’s or doctoral cap, gown, tassel and hood in-store or visit the Campus Store website to order online. 

All undergraduate degree candidates can pick up their cap, gown and tassel in Schine Student Center, preorders are not required. Below is the pickup schedule:

• Tuesday, May 7-Thursday, May 9: Schine Underground from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Friday, May 10: Schine Campus Store from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Saturday, May 11: Schine Campus Store from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. 
• Sunday, May 12: Schine Campus Store from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

**Remember to bring your student I.D.**

Don’t wait! Complete and file your diploma request form online.

All degree candidates who plan to complete degree requirements by August 2024 and will participate in the May 2024 celebrations must file on MySlice by March 1, 2024.
