Syracuse University Celebrates 30 Years of Partnership with Tokai University

The College of Professional Studies is celebrating 30 years of active partnership with Tokai University in Japan. Students of Tokai University enjoy opportunities for both academic instruction and cultural immersion during their time spent at Syracuse University’s English Language Institute.

 

Syracuse University Architecture Students Win Busan International Design Workshop Grand Prize

A team of fifth-year School of Architecture students won at the Busan International Architectural Design Workshop for their project, “Connective Corridor,” which introduces a ferry system and waterfront revitalization to Busanwondong railway station on the Donghae Line, a gateway in Busan, South Korea.

Syracuse Students Experience Indian Art, Architecture Through Annual Diwali Festival on Campus

Professor Romita Ray and her students collaborated with the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students at Syracuse University to light up over 2,500 tea lights in the Orange Grove as part of the Diwali celebration on campus.

Meet Yuhong Chen ’18 , Whitman and i-School Alumna from Guangzhou, China

Yuhong “Ellee” Chen ’18 is a native of Guangzhou, China who now resides in New York City working as a user experience (UX) interaction designer at Synchrony.  At Syracuse University, Chen earned a dual degree in marketing management from Whitman and information technology from the iSchool.
