The Whitman Community celebrated Whitman Day 2022 on Friday, April 22, with virtual and in-person programming both on and off-campus which included an update from Dean Anderson.

Daniel Folkman ’12, senior vice president of business at Gopuff and Young Whitman Advisory Council member, delivered the keynote address for Whitman Day 2022.

The Social Differences, Social Justice research cluster at SU recently held an inaugural symposium with Trustee Gisele Marcus ’89 as keynote speaker. The interdisciplinary symposium was co-sponsored by Whitman and campus partners.

The Whitman School and SUNY Upstate Medical University have launched a joint MD/MBA enrolling for Fall 2022. The program will allow students to earn two valuable degrees in a coordinated five-year program. 

The deadline to apply for Fall 2022 admission to Whitman’s full-time masters programs has been extended to May 15. All M.S. programs at Whitman are GMAT/GRE test-optional for this admissions cycle. 

The Spring 2022 issue of the Whitman Research Newsletter features academic awards, honors, book releases and publications from Whitman’s research faculty as well as links to webinars and podcasts.
