Dear Whitman Class of 2024, 

Welcome to the Whitman alumni family! As you transition from student to alum, I would like to share some information to help keep you connected to Whitman and fellow Orange alumni.

First and foremost, it’s important for us to know how to reach you with timely news and invitations to events in your area. If you haven’t yet done so, please update your SU profile with your new mailing address and email. Remember, your syr.edu email will only work for one year following graduation.

Another way to keep connected is by opting in to receive occasional texts from Syracuse University. You can receive a 20% off coupon to shop online at the Campus Store when you opt in.

In addition to receiving communications directly from Whitman, you can also access the University’s comprehensive online resource for alumni at Cusecommunity.syr.edu. The site shares everything from upcoming alumni events to clubs around the globe, career resources and programming especially for you as part of #SUGrad24 SUccess. A few of the features of the site are highlighted below.

As you enter your life after SU, please know that Whitman is always here to support you. When you’re ready to begin writing your own alumni engagement story, please reach out to the Whitman Advancement and External Engagement team. As a student, you likely benefited from the engagement of our amazing alumni who mentor, help with career exploration and placement, provide philanthropic support for program innovations and more. Now that you’re an alum, these opportunities are available for you as well when you’re ready to give back.
